Falls River Group, a global Mergers & Acquisition advisor and middle market investment banking firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Tribby Warfield as a strategic advisor. Prior to joining Falls River Group, Warfield held executive positions in both private equity and publicly traded companies and brings a wealth of experience in automotive after-market and industrials to the firm’s Industrial Group.
Most recently, she was chairman and CEO of APC Automotive Technologies where she navigated the company through a financial restructuring and a successful bankruptcy that secured the go forward operations and eventually the divesture of the company resulting in shareholder return well beyond market value. Previously, she held the position as the senior vice president of business development and strategy for Nitta Corp with responsibilities spanning Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, she held dual roles as senior vice president and general manager of Kaman Fluid Power and Kaman Automation business units.
Warfield also served in multiple executive roles at Gates Corporation with a career spanning twenty-five years. She was president of North American Commercial and president of North American Power Transmission after having served eleven years in various expatriate positions in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Belgium overseeing Gate’s European Fluid Power, Automotive Original Equipment and Power Transmission commercial and marketing organizations.
At Falls River Group, Warfield will focus on expanding the firm’s industry relationships for business development and identifying ways to improve operating performance and maximizing enterprise value for clients.
Warfield graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Business Administration from National University in San Diego, California. She has dual citizenship in the United States and the United Kingdom.
