The second phase of sales team re-structuring at R. A. Rodriguez has been completed with the appointment of Andrew Mason. Working in parallel with Dave Young in the North, Andrew is now responsible for the sale of all product lines in the South. Based in Reading he is supported by four dedicated product managers and the internal sales team. Having served his engineering apprenticeship with a company specialising in fluid power, Andrew made his first transition into sales in the mid-nineties. He subsequently returned to the factory floor and indeed joins R. A. Rodriguez from Blatchford Products where as manufacturing engineer his role was to bring new artificial limb components from design development to production.
