Keeping Technical innovation in everyone's mind is a traditional slogan of the whole ZWZ for many years. Meanwhile, this slogan play a very important role in realizing ZWZ's dream that one day they will become the world top 10 bearing enterprises. In 2004, about 130 innovation projects proposed by technical staffs or even common workers have been checked feasibility and applied to productions. Some of the projects even filled a gap of China's bearing industry. For example, Mr.Song guangmou, ZWZ's national outstanding worker, improved the grinding technology so that the production efficiency become 3 times than before; intensity of work be decreased. ZWZ will develop through the hard working and technical innovation of every ZWZer.
